No, no, no, no and HECK NO! Twelve year olds should not be dating at all. They aren't physically or emotionally mature enough to handle what can take place. A 16-yr-old boy is driven by hormones and probably about as immature as a 12-yr-old girl, but his body is nearing adulthood physically and he's wanting to act on his body's responses. She just isn't ready for that at all. She still has time to be a kid and once kidhood is gone, it's gone. Let her still be a kid, please!!! Being an adult is difficult enough without having to handle adult situations long before you're ready. Guys will use all sorts of tricks to get what they want while girls think more with their hearts than their parts. When her head and heart can think at the same time, she'll be more ready. Probably closer to when she's 16 herself.
