my ugly feet pulls down my self esteem

I used to hev a nice feet. I was so confident to wear slippers and sandals in the mall not until i got babies. Its been a long time now i haven't treated my feet. My feet developed a thick callous and got dark spots. What should i do? I love high heels too and i miss wearing just slippers. help me please anyone.

That's also one reason why i have ugly feet. Its been a long time i haven't visited in a foot spa. I have no time but one day i will make sure to get some time to treat my feet.
