Now its a new strategy to bat second in IPL

When the IPL started teams wanted to bat first and dominate by scoring more than 200 runs, but now because of their aggression teams batting first fails to score runs and get beat by the opposition.
So now captains prefer to bat second.

yes my friend i think it is a very good analysis and that is i think the reason that a lot of teams are now chasing a total and that made the games low scoring. also the bowlers are also now getting the bit and so they know where to bowl and where not to. this is creating more pressure in the batting team. if yo also look at the number of dit balls in the matchers, you will find that the number is increasing more and more with every match.
