How did your pooch get their name? or other animal

I adopted my kittens from the humane shelter and they had names already. One of the kitties was named Frisky and that seemed like a nice name for a kitty the other cat was named Tazzy but we used to have a cat named Tazzy and my husband said that naming an animal the same name was a bad omen so my kids changed it to Jazzy and I call her Jazzers.

Hi, first dog was a female boxer, and we let her decide what was going to be her name because my sister and i couldn't agree pn a name. Well you should be thinking how could we know what name she likes for her, so what we did was say outloud names untill the puppy moves or look at us... we did that and the name our new puppy chose was CANDY.

yeah , its very good idea to call your animal like sb from television :DD When i was young i used to tell my animals like characters from cartoons , form example scooby ,Duffy , Bugs or etc :DDD
