why i am so sad tody

I fell very sad today ,i think some people may have the some feeling like me .in our life ,we will meet many different things that make people bad .Today i have a very sharp work .it cost me much time but bad result.Maybe this is my fault but i try my best to cover it .My dear friends do you have the same feeling ?How do you cover it?
