Sukang paombong is a palm vinegar that is made in Paombong Bulacan,Philippines.It is different because it turns black as it ages.It taste less sour than other vinegars in the country.It is used as dip of fried fish, chicken , seafoods and chicharon.It can also be a soup of paksiw, a kind of fish or chicken stew in the Philippines
