My little brother, Joey, will never learn at all. He is in jail once again.

My little brother, Joey, just got out of prison, on a clean slate. I thought he was gonna learn new stuff. For right now, I just found out that he is back in jail again. This time he broke into my mother's garage and stole lots of stuff. Most of the stuff are from garage sale, belonging to my oldest sister's friend's husband. It was 20 skateboards and some other stuff. My mother and my oldest sister, Deb, discovered the garage broken into and most of the stuff stolen. Yeah, it was garage sale stuff belonging to the guy that I have known. And he is my sister's friend's husband, of course. They contacted him to break the news. And he is upset about it. And he contacted police. And this morning they caught him with couple skateboards. Cops found him at a certain residence he was staying at. Joe will never learn at all. He will never straighten out at all. He might go back to prison. So he has been in and out of jail. I bet he has a dirty criminal record.
