which need more ENERGY? FOOTBALL or TENNIS?

Let suppose for one hour if we play each game. i think more calories will burn during .... ahmm thinking thinking...... perhaps in TENNIS.... what u say..

I think more calories would burn while you play football where you need to run continuously.

Again thats the good point. Although u may divide the whole match duration to 22 players to get involvement of each. but infact everyplayer has to move and seeking for any move whereever he is. So all time calorie involvement u right :).. thx

Well they both involve huge short bursts of energy and then a short break. I will have to say football mainly because you are covering a field of a 100x30 yard(or so) field instead of a little tennis court.

well.. good point sir.. but if we average the cover area even then tennis seem more tideous. but someone having experience of both can give better idea.... I have experience of football. Its realllly tough compared to hockey, cricket. but of tennis i just played few times practice match. anywyas thanks..

yummm... football is now getting more votes... I am recalling from my experience that those games played by foot or legs are much tideous than those involve urs hand or head etc. But somebody having much experience of both games can give better idea... thx for reply.
