What is the last thing you do before you go to sleep

I don't always say a prayer, but I do a lot of the time, even though I know I always should. I usually go to sleep with a glass of water.

I'll think about how much stuff I have to do tomorrow And if i don't have to do anything tomorrow, I think about how tomorrow is going to be so much fun!

Usually the last thing I do before I go to sleep is pray as well. Sometimes I fall asleep praying, which isn't a bad way to go. There are so many things and people to pray for, so I think it is a peaceful way to slip into sleep.

Normally before falling to sleep, I do SPEED BREATHING for five minutes. Then some meditation. Simply lying in the bed and put a tight grip to my mind which won't be able to my mind to ran away from grip. Then slowly I will loosen my grip and start relaxing entire body and mind. After three minutes person lying beside me could be able to hear the lownoise snoring of me.

This is easy, I drink coffee, a big cup and then turn the lights out.

The last thing I do before I go to sleep is send a short message to my love telling him how lucky I am having him in my life and that I am so thankful for the days I am with him and the following days I'll spend with him. Then I can sleep peacefully.
