Are the public toilet in your place clean?

Most of the public toilet in my place are not clean. I rather wait and do my business at home than going to the public toilet. How about the public toilets in your place?

Honestly, it is not the cr itself the problem but the person who used it and don't have a disipline in using it. They don't care about the other who will use it. Actually the public cr in my place are not that clean because there are stupid person who do not know how to use it.

It's the same situation in my place the people who use it are not aware of their responsibility. They are with the attitude " ah... doesn't matter it's not my house toilet ". If the public changes their attitude and become more responsible, I am sure we will have a better and cleaner public toilets.
