Bp out of control

Anyone knows an alternative method to lower high blood pressure. I had my pressure checked this morning and it was deathly high. I have started taking apple cider vinegar and I'm chewing garlic like candy bar( my family has decided to run away from home due to the garlic smell LOL). o, anyone with a real good . Thank you.

The first question there is "What are you doing when your blood pressure starts to get high?" If you had a Hypertension never do some chores that makes you gets tired easily. Just relax and do simple things. Try to relax reading or watching TV. Have your regular check up with your doctor for a prescription of medicine that are right for you, chewing garlic is beneficial but a doctors advice or a health care provider is most helpful. If you feel dizzy, try to lay down slowly and get some rest. Always have someone watching over you if your Blood pressure is unconditional. Try to check your Blood pressure at least every hour or 2. Do a search on the internet for herbs, supplements, etc.. that help with bp. There are many out there. I had a list but my pc crashed and I lost it. (I have issues with bp, too, and was looking for a natural way to improve it). Of course the old standbys are no added salt to diet, try to always relax and lose some weight. Oh, and when you check your bp make sure your not using one of those fingertip ones, or the ones that you have to pump. Make sure you are sitting in a chair with back support that has arms ... don't let the Dr. check your bp while you are sitting on the hospital bed thingy. This is advice from my Dr. He sat me in a chair like the one mentioned above, came back a few minutes later and my bp was the best that I've ever seen it. No adjustments to my meds needed.

I suggest you do Meditation for 30 minutes every morning after wake up and 30 minutes Meditation before sleep. This will help to keep you calm, thus reduce your bp. Secondly, try to be vegetarian (eat more vegetables and fruits). Thirdly, do physical exercises at least for 30 minutes everyday. Hope these help.

There are many ayurvedic medicines and all are effective. To begin with, garlic is a good remedy but it will take some time to show its effects. It is a natural thing and will clean up all your arteries if blocked. It has a tendency to lower high BP and raise low BP to normal levels. To avoid its smell, take it in pickle form. Alternatively, you can make a paste of garlic, ginger, carrot and unripe mango (in a mixer) and use it as a bread spread.Garlic will also make you prone to several bacteria and viruses around.

i would suggest that you regularly drink pure pineapple juice and maintain a helathy lifestyle..avoid the factors that trigger your blood pressure rise. Garlic is an anti hypertensive herbal medicine so just continue chewing it or you may visit a doctor for a medicine that you can drink as your maintenance when ur blood pressure rises up

Laughter is good. If you are a little heavy try to lose some weight. One of the biggest problems we who have HBP is to get rid of salt. Have you ever noticed how much salt is in our food? I had really high pressure when I was pregnant and had to get off all salt. No chips, ham, bacon, salty snacks etc. Even processed food has a lot of salt. Drink a lot of water, too. Not too much sugar, tho. Also I have learned that if you can walk about 15-30 minutes a day that can help.Good luck.

Why don't you join any laughter club in your area since laughing daily in the morning and evening reduces blood pressure,normalises heart rate and increases appetite.laughter helps prevent heart problems.laughter is indeed a best medicine for reducing blood pressure.in addition to this you drink a glass of beetroot juice daily which can help in reducing blood pressure.thanx.
