Everyone can have a bad mood, and no one is exempted to that, even the kindest most courageous person sometimes wake up on the wrong side of the bed. You are constantly shouting on someone or the other. Be it your husband, your children, your maid or your sub-ordinate, if things are not your way, they have had it. Generally your mood is fine while talking with your friends or boss but somehow when it comes to family or your employees, you don't spare them. Does all this sound familiar? Well, a day or two of bad mood can be accounted for and you can blame it all on PMS. But when there are more bad mood days in a month than good mood days, then there is trouble. I'm sure all of us here experience the same when it comes to mood swing, kindly share it and tell us the reason why you have that worst mood and what did you do to overcome it, did you pour it all on your husband, brother, kids, sister or friends? How did they react towards this? Did the understand and just let you went through it or did they get even and shout also?

Hi dj, I do have my bad moods just like everyone else. I try very hard not to take it out on those around me. My family can usually tell how I am grumpy by my responses and actons. Even though I am trying not to be mean or cranky to them. Usually I will try to keep it to myself until it passes....Mamablaze!!

It depends, when I know I woke in the wrong side of the bed meaning having a bad mood without any reason... I have to be alone for few minutes or an hour because I don't want to affect other people. So far, I haven't been shouting to anyone since I tend to be alone when I am not in the mood though there was this instance that I am not in the mood because of my sister, I kinda raise my tone to her. My parents just told her that she just need to let me be. :) They do understand it at times especially when I am not feeling okay.

If its a work day, I just go to work, bury myself in my office and just be a hermit. I try not to speak to anyone, and just kinda of "hurry the day along" If its a weekend or night, I warn my boyfriend I'm crabby and usually he does something cheesey to make me laugh.

Firstly..I would keep myself quite..speak to the very minimum.Music is a good healer for me.Nowadays,I come to mylot and have some good discussions and that keeps the mind of the troubling issue and just soothes the emotions.
