Bux.to - any suggestions?

I requested a cashout from bux.to quite awhile ago, in fact, it was right before they switched to AlertPay. When I went back to the payment page a month or so later and requested another cashout via AlertPay (because I assumed the bux.to one had been dismissed) it said I already had a payment request submitted.
I then filed a trouble ticket, but here I am 2 weeks later, still without a response.
Any ideas or suggestions?

well same think happened here too i too requested my payment somewhere near January and since then i have been waiting for my payment but i have received none , no news from there side i tried requesting a new payout but the same thing happened to me too. My history page says that my payment is waiting audit but since January plenty of people claims to have been paid so If they have been paid why not our payment being processed.

I just looked and I requested payment on January 15th. It seems we're in the same situation. Let's keep our fingers crossed so that we receive payment soon.
