Hey there everyone. I have been asked to make a newsletter at work. It will be published monthly. It will most generally contain events that take place within the company. It will contain safety information, birthdays of the employees, production information and some information out of the lab. I will also have a carton or funny story to add to it each month. I work in a small factory (about 80 employees out on the floor), we do electrocoating here. I can't tell you a lot about it because I don't work out on the floor and don't totally understand the entire process. But the name of the company is Reifel Industries. I am looking for a name for the newsletter. If you have any ideas, feel free to share them with me. Also if you have any helpful hints and/or tips about putting together a newsletter, please feel free to share those with me also. Have a great day and thanks in advance for any advice.

You could call it FYI (for your information) since it's going to have so much information. I suggest using microsoft Publisher to make the newsletter since it has nice and easy-to-use templates. I've designed a newsletter from scratch, and that was the title that I used, and the program that I used. IM me for more ideas.

I just sent you a friends request. Accept it and message me (IM). I like the idea of Pulse, but add something to it, like R.I. Pulse - maybe not because the acronymn would be R.I.P. (LOL!!!) How about The Reitel (sp?) Pulse instead?

PS - Microsoft Publisher is part of the Microsoft office suite of products. It comes with Excel, Work, etc.

It's hard to come up with names for newsletters. I've had to do it in the past and it's hard to figure out something that is catchy. "Reifel Reads" is one that came to mind. There are a lot of software programs that make it easy to format newsletters. Try to keep the same graphics for the header or same color/fomat of the newsletter, that way people can easily identify it. Good luck and have fun with it.

Hey I like that name too...hummm, not sure what I will use for the name of it yet..but I have gotten a few good ones on here. Thanks for the advice on using the same graphics and/or colors for headings. I was thinking the same thing kinda, I know there has to be somewhat the same format so that people will know where to look for certain information. Thanks and I do believe I will have fun with it. Have a fantastic day!
