When is Rohtang Pass scheduled to open this season?

The journey to Rohtang Pass was really beautiful,with beautiful alpine vegetation,huge mountains all over and lo of snow in this high altitude mountain pass.But,was wondering, when would this pass open this year

Did you end up visiting the Rohtang pass? It usually opens up in March. Not the complete route. A little by little as the snow melts and the roads are cleared, the way up to Rohtang is cleared. Many times the year goes by but the route completely to Rohtang is not cleared.
