meditation - increases concentration

You can practice yogasana or think abt nature for ppl whi want to meditate..its good for health.. it will release ur stress...try it..u can also think abt an distant object or think abt GOd while u meditate.. u will gain lot of concentration..

I practice meditation daily for past 5 years and am happy to find like minded people here. You are doing a good job by motivating the people. all the best.
