I've always found that the things my husband has remembered the most are those moments I created. For instance: Either after he goes to sleep or before he wakes that morning stick a note in his wallet, pocket, cell phone case, or briefcase. Write in this note how very much you love him and express your feelings about being married to him. Don't make it terribly long but long enough to get your feelings out. Then while he is at work decorate the dining area in a special way, cook or order a special dinner. Set up candles to light, pick music, and put out flowers. Yes men DO like flowers. Now move on to the bathroom. Set up candles, and put out his bath needs. Set out clean, comfy clothes for him but something nice because you are going to look amazing. Then the bedroom. Again set this up as romatically as you can. All of this is for a romantic evening at home. When he arrives take his coat and things. Lead him to the bathroom and tell him to take some time to relax while you get ready. Now you go get dressed up for your man. Whatever that means for you. Then go out to the dining area and light the candles and start the music. When your man comes out, escort him to dinner. Serve your courses and give him whatever little gift you have chosen for him. After dinner you have a choice depending on your tastes. You can sit and talk for an hour, dance with each other, or watch a movie together. Then you escort your date back to your room and well you take it from there. All of this romance sounds too mushy but men really do love it. Again this is all just suggestions, take what you like and leave the rest. Either way, congrats.

Depending on what the weather is like, I think it would be nice to go for a picnic at a local park. This would be so romantic and very memorable.

There are tons of things you can do. Whenever I get stuck i look at lovingyou.com for hundreds of ideas. Some of them are off the wall crazy and some are really cute. If nothing else, they give you motivation and creativity to come up with something on your own. Good luck and Congratulations!
