I ask these because i whant to know what of programming it is much used,and which are more useful,and you can change everything?

With newer standards coming out so far for web design CSS and XHTML(HTML) are being used. CSS still needs the use of XHTML but it is flexible and allows you to better present your website. CSS does have some interactivity but for better user interactivity than javascript can be used. For server-side you can use PHP as it a free open source. If need a database than get MySQL(the free version). It works well with PHP.

hey my opinion is use java or flash along with php and mysql...with the design of java or flash and th usability of php and mysql you weill be more that pleased

The Macromedia Dreamweaver is the best soft for study web design.If you are newer, you should start at html language, and then to asp and .net,jave,css etc.. all are useful. if you want to do better, I thing you must study c++.
