some students can not afford the tuition, how to solve it

confronted with the problem that some sutdents can't enter university, i think we should take positive measures. on the noe hand, the government should revise loan policy, so more students can benefit. on the other hand, it is necessary for students to update their conception about tuition, so they can become independent as early as possilbe, only in this way, can students share the burden of families

i think there should be more state or government funded programs for students to get in to... they could have more grants to give out to help the people that need them the most.
