if u have perfect physical fitness than 1) u feel always fresh and light 2) almost u get rid from all disease

It is really important for your perfect health. IT can be in either way by doing normal exercise or doing yoga. It will keep you active all the way throughout the life. If you do it regularly. But that's the problem in this busy life many of us can't do it regularly.

As it is said , that a healthy mind can survive in a healthy body..so to be fit mentally you need to be physically fit to. Being fit has several advantages and these advantages may not surfact when you are in your youth age. These advantages make their mark when you go above 35+. Your BP would be under control, you wouldnt have much breathing problems, you will be able to control diabetes effectively. If you are not fit then you may have cardiac problems too

Without a helathy body I will not be bale to make the most of what life has to offer us from time to time; Physical fitness refers to the well being and the soundness of the body in terms of health. Healthy thinking also requires healthy body and if your body is healthy and mind is healthy, you march forward with greater confidence.

fitness plays a major role in my life , to maintain a basic level in ones life is an imperative. there is nothing like perfect fitness. no one can be in perfect physical fitness, it snot possible, but ther are various advantages of being fit, like healthier and longer life, more stamina , immunity against sicknesses and illnesses

SunStar newspaper Sports Headline for Aboitiz Foot - I outrun a striker and was able to pass the ball to my striker and converted a goal. Without physical fitness, I don't think I would have been able to do that.
It's very important to have physical fitness, perfect or not. It helps our muscle and lengthen our stamina. Like me, I play soccer/football, so I do a lot of physical fitness and maintain a good diet as well.

HI YOU SHOULD ALWAYS LOOK AFTER YOUR BODY, WORKOUT IF YOU ARE ABLE TOO, GO FOR NICE WALKS, KEEP THE HEART PUMPING AND YOU WILL LEAVE A VERY GOOD AGE.
