Yes, I really want a dslr but don't have the money at the moment and I could get JOBS! I've had lots of people offer me and ask for me but my camera isn't good enough to give them professional quality because my camera is only 5mp. It sucks!

You have to start out somewhere! When I first got into photography, I had a very simple camera! It was a digital point and shoot 1 megapixel camera. It had absolutely no features at all! It couldn't even zoom! But that didn't stop me from taking pictures! Even though I had absolutely no control over things like aperture, shutter speed, white balance, ISO, focus, etc. I was still able to learn about composition! And I practiced and improved on my artistic abilities. Here is an example of a photo I took with that camera: http://www.shareapic.net/content.php?id=5910515 After that, I got a 3 megapixel point and shoot camera with a bit more creative controls. I learned about white balance and ISO. I got to experiment with the macro mode. I even took my most popular photo of all-time with that camera: http://www.shareapic.net/content.php?id=5809713 While I had that camera, I discovered stock photography and started selling my images on http://submit.shutterstock.com/?ref=2197 Even though I didn't have a particularly fancy camera, I was still able to take images that were good enough to sell. It wasn't long before I earned enough money from selling stock to buy a DSLR. So yes, even if you don't have a nice camera, you can still be a photographer! Learn from what you have! Study the composition of your photos... what do you like? What don't you like? What makes a good composition? You should also do some research online. Teach yourself about basic composition guidelines such as the Rule Of Thirds. Also, explore whatever manual controls your camera has. Experiment with different shutter speeds, ISO, shooting modes... whatever your camera can do! And always, always, always keep shooting! The only way to get better is to keep practicing!

firstly ,I want to say that I do have a [for me] good camera . and in my opinion , you don't really need a good camera to take a good shot . I've seen many pictures that taken with cellphone's camera [which is not very good] , but they're just awesome . do you have a digital camera? [even though it's not a DSLR] if you have one ,I think it's enough to take great pictures . :D

i know what you mean!!! i totally agree.. sometimes i feel like i don't have a good cam.. and i know that i have a talent, you know? i just can't maximize it because the features of my cam aren't enough.. but when i get really frustrated, i just tell myself that it's not the cam, it depends on the person. but yeah i know what you mean.. just.. take this as a challenge.. :)
