Should We stay or Should We Go

Pls give your honest opinion on this... Its the life here in my home town. My friends and I are having a discussion if we must quit or work or not. We have been working from Monday to Saturday from 8 Am to 5:30 PM. We are hard workers. :) Anyway our effort seems not payed well. Compensation is not great and we are having hard time catching up on the life style today. Our question should we quit without any jobs offer yet or should we stay and try to see what happens next. after all working in the company is like working in your family. all employee are friends. :????

if you're not happy anymore with your job, maybe that's the sign to move on and find a new job. but don't quit your current one not until you have somewhere else to go.

I am also thinking of looking for another work due to some issues/changes here in the office. The pay is good though but I am not happy anymore. For me, if you are not happy with your work and can find a better work with good benefits/compensation then I would go and leave my company. It would be better ofcourse to find a job first before quiting in your work so that you are safe that you still have a work. I think you and your friend should discuss or assess each other if you are really ready to take another step or move on in another company. If not, stay. If yes, find your way. Goodluck! cheers!
