The way to manage our study and interests

Well,if we take a deep breathe and observe the sorroundings,we'll find it difficult to distinguish many changes around us.But interests ,nothing could draw our attention,even study seems loses its color and fade away.
And the critical point appears ,is there exists a way to attach studty together with interests?
Or is it possible to blend in study with the virety of interests?
