You were hoping to save money in Cape Town?
I suppose the best way to save your money would be to get out of Cape Town and go live in a simpler part, where you can dine at a coffee shop and get charged for the actual food, instead of for the food PLUS the right to enjoy it right on the seaside, overlooking Table Mountain :)
