yes. i've also had repetive lucid dreams . I remeber I used to have one all the time about a witch chasing me off a cliff (of course I was little though) but I coucld get away. Other than that I cant give any other instantces but Sometimes yes I know I'm dreaming. But is lucid dreaming the type of sleep that you really need? Meaning is it not full sleep?

I dont know if it's full sleep or not !~BUt I think Lucid DReams occur when your at your last stage of sleep! So your mind and body is rested !! Cause I know it takes a rested body to do the stuff I do in my dreams LOL=)!But yes I dont see why it would consider anything else but full sleep! It depends on what type of sleeper the person is that has the dreams! Light sleeper or deep sleeper ..... I do both ! But thanks everyone for responds !!!!

When i was younger i had a dream of some monsters chasing me on a high building and they got me and i woke up. After some time i had the same dream again only now i was lucid so i jumped from the building knowing i won't get hurt.

Yes I did experience Lucid dreams before. But I only get into it a few minutes before waking up. Once I was able to prolong it, but just a few more minutes and then I woke up already. When I'm Lucid dreaming I would look for people I hardly see and talk to them in my dreams. Also I was able to fly and conquer my fear of heights in my dream. Now I hardly have Lucid dreams, maybe because of my hectic sched and stress from work.

I often have these. The state of awareness is incredible. All of the feelings are so different to what I experience in every day life. I like to call it Nirvana or a higher plane of existence. I kind of taught myself to wake up from dreams too. Especially, when they get to chaotic or weird.
