Nokia 1100 - A basic model phone that is too good and affordable too.
I have two mobiles, one is Nokia 1100 which is a very basic model and the other is Nokia 3100Classic. This one is a bit advanced and I like both the phones. Nokia 1100 is a real good master piece by Nokia, which have all the basic functions have msg text feature, composer and a torch light too, apart from the regular phone feature. The phone book could hold upto 50 entries and if you have more you have to rely on the space in the simcard. It is a very strong phone too (I would have dropped it almost a 100 times. No hitches or no gliches). Any body who prefer a phone to talk and message can definitely go for this phone.

Nokia 3110 Classic - A phone that I use currently. It is simply great.
My Nokia 3110C is also a beauty. It comes only in black colour and it is easy to hold and use too. The phone has a music player, 1.3Mp camera and the memory of the phone could be expanded upto 2 gb. The phonebook is very huge and I have almost 250 to 300 entries stored in it and it still says the memory book is only 13% full. Each phonebook entry can be added with a mobile number, home/res number, office number, fax number, email id, residential address, official address, official post, a photo, a ringtone for the contact and also the birthdate. I am really crazy with this phone as I was able to carry just this with me where ever I go and I was able to forget my address book or digital diary. The price of the phone is also affordable; it is a phone that gives you almost all advanced features at a very reasonable price.

i had a Nokia 1100 also but then the battery went crazy. it will go off even when i just charged it fully, then i got another battery very soon the same problem comes. I have heard problems regarding to batteries of Nokia cellphones, and i remembered a few years ago there was a model of Nokia cellphone burst into flame and destroyed the user's face so guys pls be cautious when you notice your Nokia has battery problems. The Nokia 3100 series i havent use but it is definitely a pleasure to see all your particular feelings about this model, i think it will definitely benefit other fellow views. Thanks again
