anybody knows how to make body sugaring paste??

i've search alot of site they give me two formula to make it i really dont know, whats the most effective, if the 2 cups of sugar, 1/4 cup of lime, and 1/4 cup of water. or the other one the 1 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of lime, 1/4 cup of honey, some cornstarch and a molasses i dont know i get it right. which of the two make the paste and the clay type. thanks
