Aero Garden

I keep on seeing commercials for the aero garden. I want to know if anyone has bought it and if so how u like it. I mean does it really work the way they say it will? Is it worth the money?
With the way produce is so high right now we are thinking of buying one.

Firstly what part of the world are you from? i'm in England.
I have never seen a commercial for an aero garden!
Could you please explain to us what an aero garden is and waht it is meant to do please.
I like gardening very much and am always looking for new ways and ideas to garden and this may be a way forward to me to garden
