I don't think Romania will pass the group stage. The team is fairly good, but we will be playing against the best of Europe's teams... I believe Romania's main problem is the lack of good substitute players. We have a pretty good starting 11, but when it comes to substitutions, we can't compare with the other teams, where the substitutes are as good as the starting players. On the other hand, the qualifying stage has shown that all the other teams can be beaten. It will be a totally different situation at the Euro finals, but at least is shows we stand a chance. And as long as there's hope, the team must believe in it!

I think the Netherlands and Italy will pass. The Netherlands have players like Nistelroy and Sneijder who have just brought Real Madrid La Liga Trophy. Not to mention Huntelaar and Babel. While Italy, when they fight for their country suddenly they have deadly power. Even though they got beaten by the British in Champions League. And rumor has it that England will replace Spain in Euro 2008. Is it true?

From that group, I don't think Romania has much of a chance. They'll have to play both Italy and France. I also wouldn't discount Netherlands. That will be a tough group. I think, as usual, France, Italy and Germany will be the teams to beat. England missing will mean these three will be the favorites. The Italy-France game will be most likely one of the best of the tournament.
