A Higher educational attainment does get you qualified to apply for positions with higher pay since, you have more qualifications compared to those who have bachelor's degree. Then again, to attain a masteral, you must also have money to pay for it. The professors we had during our college years were all taking their Masters degree while teaching in the same university. They managed that way. I guess being an alumni does have its benefits. If you can, don't hesitate but, pursue it.

Maybe you're right. But to pursue study to higher level, we need more money to pay for the fees. Unless you're a rich person then you are easily go for further studies. But for low income person, we need to work hard, get more money and then pursue studies. The higher the qualification we have, the higher the level we are and it is more chance that we can have a higher level post. But sometimes, it not depends on our degree but Experience.

Hi friend, now if we don't have any degree, its hard to get a good job. In our present scenario there is great chance and broad opportunities for degree holders. Once before 40 years predegree is ok. We have degree after mba, we can get good salary.

I think its necessary because today the job market is very competitive in case of top paying jobs and one has to pursue his higher studies if he/she want to get a better paying job. Not just master degree but there are many other fields of study where you can get a better job.

Dear friend, I do hope a better graduate along may not be helpful in all cases. I had seen most of those millionaires are not much concerned with their degrees. I hope it might be the talent and capabilities one has more helpful than better graduate. May to use those degrees at right time for the right purpose may be depends how well once could utilize his talent according to his degrees.

I don't think this is totally right. As far as i am concerned, knowledge doesn't equal payment.Professional knowledge plus competence may be equated with your ideal salary. Is it necessary to further your graduate study,i think it is up to you and your major. If you weigh that a master degree may bring you a fat salary, then go ahead.

i think it is not necessary. all you need to do is learn the skills necessary for you to get a good paying job. its like selling yourself in the market, you need to have what the market needs.
