Presently i have some difficulty in falling sleeping .It always takes me one or more hour to get to sleep.And that bothers me a lot .Maybe it has something to do with the season.When i was in middle school,the situation was more severe. Stress from college entrence test played a sizable part in it .But i can't figure out what is the good for the matter at present when i am not in so stressful circumstance.If you have the same problem,or if you have any good therapy for it,welcome to share it with me!

Erm..i am no doctor but from what i know your body will shutdown(sleep) faster if you have a build of lactic acid in your body. You get lactic acid by doing lots of physical work or excercise. So you can try to execrsie or you can go look for some pills that available commerically for sleeping. I recommend that you learnt to do yoga its good for the body and could possibly help with your sleeping problems.

Let your head have a rest and think nothing when you lie on bed and begin to sleep. An old method to fall asleep naturaly is count sheeps in your mind.But that doesn't work to me,because I become too clear-headed after doing that.It may be suitable to some but not all.I suggest you can have a try then. Don't worry it too much.If the situation doesn't go better,then you regard it not and lie silently on bed with a bland head. Hope you will be better soon.
