Cooking is my passion,because i like to cooking with eating.thats why i joined food&production course....i have 8 years experience in this field

welcome to mylot. Wow 8 years of experience, so you must run your own restaurant am I right. I too love cooking. But I have not done any course. All is learnt from mom and MIL and also self experimented.
