are we getting too much dependent on computers/technology

right from the time we get up till we go back to sleep, we are using one or the other electronic appliance / computer / automobile etc etc etc....just think how ppl used to live say 100 yrs back.....are we getting too much dependent on technology????

Hi! Welcome to myLot. Yeah, I do think that we are getting too dependent on technology. I think techology is a sign of progress and that we have the need to develop it since it make sour lives easier. Though we are getting too used to it and someitmes abuse it that we forget tha we have real lives to live. We are also forgetting how they did it in the old days with just manual labor and they only depended on themsleves and other people to get things done. Now, we depend on machines to get things done easier and faster and we eliminate the risk of the lives of ral epole that we might put in danger. Machines can be programmed and they can be replaced but people cannot be replaced. Anyways, techonology is nice and all and it mihgt also be alright to depend on them but it will be good to humankind to not depend on them to much.
