Un-Advertised Brands: Have you tried any?

Have you ever taken a chance and tried an un-advertised brand of something? That is have you ever tried a brand name that you had never heard of or seen advertised anywhere, like the brands that you see at Dollar Stores? I recently started looking into some of the brand names at out Dollar Store that I did not recognize and I found that one of the brands is actually a reputable company with a website dedicated to product quality standards abnd good stuff like that. So I decided to try thier brand of self-tanner and it actually works very well. I am not going to try other products from this company, not that I know tha tthier products are good. The particular company that I am referring to is Delon and thier products are available at Dollarama store as well as various other places. Can you tell me of any un-advertised or "no-name" brands that you buy that are really good products?
