how to bathe a cat ??

everyone knows that cats hate getting wet.cats generally keep themselves clean,and therefore should not be bathed any more often than is absolutely necessary..

I remember that I asked that question for a few weeks ago and got replies that it was wrong to bath a cat, but my family bathed my cat tons of times before. But after getting replies in mylot have I told them that it's not necessary ^^
