Okay, so I LOVE to cook - but with 5 children and little time, I settle for quick and easy. Quick and Easy does not have to be bland and boring however. Here is a simple and TASTY recipe that takes no longer than 5 minutes to prepare and 30 minutes to cook (without having to keep your eye on it constantly). Warning - you HAVE to like a bit of Spice for this one! What you need:Mushroom Curry Chicken 2 boneless/Skinless chicken 1 Can Mushroom Soup, 2 tablespoons of Currey Paste (Pataks is a good brand) 2 cups cooked rice Cube chicken and brown in 1 TBSP of butter Add Curry paste and stir Add canned mushroom soup Simmer on low heat for 20 min. Serve over rice SIMPLE!Please - post yours - I need some new ideas!!!

Hi My2cents. Well, I have some recipes because we don't have time to cook every time. 4 cups of cooked rice; 1 cup of tomatoes sauce seasoned (can be canned); grated cheese; some eggs. Put the rice in a greased(oil)baking pan (that you can place at the table), cover with the sauce. Make cavities in the rice and break a egg in each one and put a bit of salt and butter over the eggs. Sprinkle the cheese in all. Put in the oven untill the eggs are cooked. I hope this help you. Many times I use the left over to make quick dishies. If you want more recipes like this post in a comment.

OK lets go. 1 kg of liver cut in band onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, vinegar and oregano. Temper the liver with salt, garlic, black pepper, oregano and vinegar. Let stay for 2 hours (if more better). Put oil in a casserole. When it are hot add the liver and let fry. When the liver are fried (not much) add the chopped onion and let fry for a bit and add 1/2 cup of coca-cola (yes,is it)and let it cook for 4 or 5 minutes. Serve with rice or boiled potatoes. If you like liver you will love this recipe. Another to utilize leftovers leftover chopped of chicken or meat Reseason it with salt, black pepper and oregano and tomatoes sauce ( you can use a box of pure of tomatoes)and let cook a bit (3 or 4 minutes). Chop an aubergine in roundels. Put oil and the leftover sauce (3tablespoons)in a casserole and arrange the roundels of aubergine, cover with the leftover sauce and add other layer of aubergine and cover with the sauce. Do that untill finish all sauce and aubergine. Let it cook (covered) till the aubergine is cooked. I hope you like these quick and easy recipes. cheers
