Do you offer any kickbacks to referrals?

I have added MyLot to my Bonus page (you can check it out in my profile). Earning only 50 cents in MyLot each month will give my refferals an opportunity to win a gift. Have you seen anything similar? I'd like to compare my program with something similar to get an idea of whether I need to improve my layout or concept. Any help is indeed appreciated.

i really dont do this as i believe that no matter how well you offer people bonuses there will be those who will still not believe or will never be serious about it also there will be those who just cant get themselves to stick around until things improve.so i have never done offering a kickback what soever to get refferals.

incidentally,i didnt have any referrals yet here on mylot,but i have had referrals on other sites but the truth is i get them by submitting my links to some forums here and there so sometimes i just found someone registered under me and i send them mails to welcome them if the information is available to me
