In the last few weeks, I have noticed that my weight is growing slowly. This makes me look a little fat but I don't know what makes it so dynamic. There are many people out there who are not very active and eating more than me while their weight is constant but whenever I change my habits about eating and my phsical activity, my weight changes. So, what do you think of that situation? What should I do to keep my weight constant? Not talking about losing weight but at least keeping it constant :)

This happens to all of us who spend so much time on the computer. But there are some excersise that can be donw while here. For example between one response and the next a quick and easy routine could be this one, but I do reccomend starting gradually doing it only 5 times the first day: Step 1 - Take hold of your mouse Step 2 - with a firm hold go down to step 3 . which . can . be . found . just . a . little . bit . further . down. Step 3 - return to step 1 and repeat 5 times gradually increasing to meet ones own needs That should get you at least SOME excercise for today

I think in your situation, its your metabolism. Since changing your habits now and than your metabolism changes as well. If you want to maintain your weight i suggest you pick up a daily routine excercise for about 30mins. It is great do some cardio workout to break a sweat and keep your metabolism at a constant level. Hope this helps..

I have never come across a person who manages to keep their weight constant. Most people I know are overweight and they may lose a bit by dieting but it normally goes back on ... and some. I just wish that I knew the answer on how to keep weight constant too!

That is a physical problem. Do not compare that way you use to control your weight with others. Each one have their own way to control or loss their weight! that may be useful for them, but that does not mean it will also work on you! Be careful! just make your life more regular and eat more fruit and drink more water! later I think you weight will reduce! : ) Keep work on and do not give up quite fast! Success!
