Can someone explain the Danzig/ Misfits issue?

I was never into the Misfits when they were together. I listened to a couple songs but wasn't into the style. I am a fan of Danzig and Glens solo stuff but have no idea why he hates The Misfits so much. I tried Googling for some info but came up empty. Can anyone give me the skinny on this?

You know, I don't think I've ever quite heard the explanation for this either. I love the Misfits and I love Glenn Danzig, but I don't like the Misfits after he left. I would imagine it has something to do with artistic differences, but who knows. I have also heard that Glenn is something of a prima donna, so that could have something to do with it also...

I've met him a few times and he seemed pretty cool but I have heard some horror stories about him flipping out on people if they were wearing a Misfits jacket or asked him to sign a Misfit's CD. I am going to ask one of my friends at the comic book store about it and see what he has to say.
