Is IPL is chaging the face of cricket?

i think it might effect test cricket i hope it doesnt its ruining traditional cricket in the fact that there is cheer leaders, music just re invented the game. and i definatly think 1 or 2 or even 3 games of 20/20 every tour would be fine and it would definatly improve the game. but just having plain 20/20 series will ruin the game. test cricket with patience etc. these young players who only grow up slogging the ball. how will they last in test cricket with out the experiance?
