Like almost everybody else, I rely on coffee to keep me awake during the day. I can't think of a better way to start my day without coffee. I have read somewhere that coffee can be bad for your health andmy husband keeps on nagging me to reduce my coffee consumption. Now, the problem is, how do you function well without coffee? Any ideas?

coffee - coffee in the morning
i was also a coffee lover just like my mom, especially when it is cold. but of course mere the fact that tea is more beneficial than coffee, having a good antioxidant is enough reason to drink your coffee everyday with the right consume. as per rule, everything that is over or overused is damaging. Milk with chocolate help me to substitute a little in consuming it. But the most and the best is exercise every morning like take a sneak walk or jogging. Because of feeling hot and sweat, you will then look for a cold water or juice or plain water is enough. Now i don't drink that much, i only drink coffee outside on a meeting or plain date.

In one word, too much coffee is a load for Your heart. To keep feel close the same You feel from coffee is not so difficult, You should try natural sources of vitamin to have additional energy and have cheer up feeling. Grapefruit juce in the morning is an alternative, however, most importantly is to get harmony in Your agenda,i.e., have a good sleep, healthy food and agile lifestyle. And of course... more good emotions! What I want to say is that there is no some magic remedy for this. We have to take care of our life and health overall.

Too much coffee is not good for you, especially if you drink it with cream and sugar or have it strong and black, but a small amount does have some benefits to health. I think the best idea is to try and cut down on coffee rather than cutting it out altogether. First thing in the morning is probably the time you need it most, and a restoring cup later in the day. It's not good to drink it at all in the evening as it can affect your sleep. So why not try only drinking it in the morning. I like drinking fruit juice or herbal tea as a healthy alternative.
