just change one law in your country, what law would you change and why? Please take a moment to think of this before answering.

I`m not to sure if this is a law or not,but I think if someone goes to a trial by jury court.that every piece of evidence no matter how small should be shown to the jury.their are alot of people sitting in prison,for something they didn`t do,I think some people has got away with murder,and some blamed for murder.but if all was brought out in court,the real inosent would go free and the guilty would go to jail.

It is law for this to happen at least in the states, the thing is things are purposely left out by defense if it helps the defendant they are just looking at how many successes they have. I believe you are asking for justice so just maybe you might agree if a DA is with holding evidence and a person is imprisoned because of it, Just maybe that DA should face criminal charges and have to do the time in jail that the person had to spend. I believe a law like this would scare the Bajesus out of them and they would put in every ounce of evidence.
