good habit is important to one's health

do you think if you have a habit is very for your health .i think yes .good habit keep you away from illness. for example if you have meals ragularly you maybe not get illness like stomach .and if you keep sleeping on time you will not feel sleepy on daytime or feel headache, and if .........SO many if ,so if we want to keep healthy ,we form good habit

Yeah,I do think that good habit is really good for our health no matter in what aspects..Actually,I have a lot of bad habit which makes me really headache ti get ride of them ..So now I am trying hard to make my life more powerful and let the bad habit leave far away from me ,even hard but I will take pains for it...

yes ,you are right.changing is difficute for a person.especially you have been used to it,but ,it dose not mean can not change,everything is difficult at the beginning .but once you have done it ,you will find it just not that difficult.hoping for your responce.

yes for instance, if you choose to stop smoking your making it a habit to not light one up! also it takes 21 days to fully learn or adjust to a habit for those who what to know the time frame!

yes i think good habit is important to ones health, i would like to give example of the exercise, if we have habit of walking just half an hour daily that would be very beneficiary for our health
