Which Team in IPL do you favour?

Hi friends.
I know many of the people here at Mylot are cricket fans. Even i am one of them. So what do you think about this new form of cricket? 20-20?? Do you think that will effect the original form of criket?
Anyway, now when the half of the tournament is over, what do you think which team is likely to win this IPL?
Which team do you favour?
I used to favout Hyderabad Deccan Chargers but the way they played was a disaster, but i surely liked the way Gilchrist and Rohit sharma played.
Which side are you on?

I think its going to be Rajasthan Royals.Under the leadership of Warnie they are playing well.So,I think its rajasthan who will take the cake.

Do you belong to Rajasthan ? Or is there any special reason for supporting Rajasthan Royals. No doubt, the team is playing exceptionally well. But i am waiting to see Sachin play against his team..

even i am from Hyderabad. I mean i work over here. So even i used to favour Hyd DC. And i agree with you that Rajasthan Royals came up asa good team far beyond expectations. But i m waiting to see how Mumbai Indians do now in presence of Sachin..

i'm from hyderabad.the reason behind me supporting rajasthan royals is they have started as underdogs and now they are at the top of table.

Rajasthan Royals has been lucky that everytime one of their batsman performs well to keep the success going. But I dont think they can be lucky every time. But anyway.. we will just have to wait to see how it goes..

Ya. it would be a tough fight between Delhi Daredevils, Kolkata KnightRiders and Mumbai Indians to reach to the semi finals. Lets see who makes it to the semis..

Hello vipul!!How are you??
Ofcourse i love cricket.And i'm an avid fan of twentytwenty but.Love the way the shots are taken.And i dont have to wait a full day for the result.
I hope the twenty twenty form will overtake the 50overs game in entertainment.As for the longer version test matches still are the best.
But twentytwenty doesnt have the real charm.Its just entertainment.But its nonetheless so interesting.
I haven't supported any team, though the tournament is halfway.I liked the individual performances though.

Hi partha.. i m fine..
So u r a cricket lover as me.
20-20 has come up as a good form of criket entertainment, but it does not have any respect for the talent. Its just a game of hitters either way you hit. Any team can win in this form of game. Players does not get enough chance to prove their worth. We as audience just like it bcoz we get to see a huge number of boundaries being hit but we forget that the ground is short too..
Anyway, I am not criticizing this form of game, but i m just enjoying the way it is being played...

Kolkata Knight Riders started off well in the tournament with a great deal of passion. but after having lost so many matches later on, i think they need to work hard to reach the semis. However, i think Rajasthan has been fortunate enough that every time one of their players bats well to set up a good target..
KKR needs to win all the games and make their way to the semi-finals.

well i support kings eleven punjab. first of all as i reside in this part of india so naturally i would like kings 11 to win the league....and secondally i think this team has a great balance, good combinations of young and experienced players....with the way team has been playing upto now in the league it is among the favorites to win ipl this year. i think yuvraj has done a great job as a captain and has full support of his team members. the team has the best bowling attack among the lot with speedsters like brett lee, sreesanth, vrv singh and good seam bowlers like irfan pathan....the team's batting has been well lead by australian marsh, sangakkara, jayawardhene..apart from the kings i would like to see mumbai indians to do well in the league because of the presence of sachin tendulkar(the cricketing god ) in it.....

No doubts Kings XI is doing well. Thanks to the incentives being given by Preity Zinta.. LOL..
But yuvraj has turned out to be a good captain but has been failing as a batsman. But Marsh has proven as a consistent batsman.. And that is what favouring the team in their success. We will just have to wait to see how the tournament progresses..

well...i am not a serious watcher of cricket, i do watch the world cup without fail and now that it has become 20-20, its quite intesresting...
i know IPL is over now, my hubby wanted chennai super kings to win (of course, we are chennaites), but i felt that rajasthan royals deserved the cup...but anyway, my favorite team was kolkata knight riders, hope you would know why, yes just because of Sharukh Khan

Oh Sharukh Khan. seems like you are a die-hard fan of him. I do like him but i don't mix movies with cricket. I am a fan of Sachin and really wanted him to play but unfortunately, he didn't and fun was half spoiled. Anyway, being in hyderabad, i wished if they could win and it was a very good team infact, but they only disappointed..

Thats nice. If you would ask me, i don't have any preference as to which singer's songs i would listen but i love to hear the songs bcoz of the melody involved in it and not bcoz any singer has sung it..
