That is a hard question! I guess it depends a lot of what job you have. It is not easy just to quit if you got a job you really love, or if it is really hard finding a new similar job. But there is nothing that is as horrible as having someone, whether it is your boss or a co-worker, being against you. It takes a lot of energy and since you spend many hours of your day at your work, it is obviously nothing you can endure for a longer time. I would suggest you try to talk to the boss, or if that is not possible the boss above him or someone else you can trust. Sometimes one tend to blow things out of proportions and then it is good to first get someone elses view on what is going on. You wouldn't want to quit just over a simple misunderstanding! If you do not have any luck talking to the boss or getting understanding from his boss, then of course you have to do what you feel is best. It is your life, you cannot walk around feeling bad all the time because your boss is treating you bad. You have to think of yourself first, and if that means quitting, well then you might have to consider that! I would never let it be, I can tell you that, the problem with conflicts is that the longer you leave the harder to clear out they tend to be!

At the moment it is quits.Fighting silently is one of my ways I adopt when the boss is my enemy.
