Help needed on putting up a profile picture.

Being new I need help putting up a profile picture. Also, how do I change the colors on my page to make it look pretty? I have notice people have nice colors on their page and I would like to do the same.

in the left side panel,below your mylot name and url..there is an option called edit your preferences...you can add picture to your profile through tis..there is the option called customize your profile where in u can give the colours u wish to give..welcome to mylot..happy mylotting..
