Many people 'over use' the internet everyday. While it's great to be able to network with so many people from around the world, people are forgetting how to interact in the real world as everyone spends more and more time in front of computer screens. Real communication is much more than emails and im's. It's about hearing someone's voice, watching their body language and looking at their reactions to things. However, many people are now unable to communicate successfully in real life, because they are so used to online communication.

yeah...i think its possible... i may even be one of those who are addicted to it to some extant because i do spend quite a lot of time there. and when yo add in the fact that i spend a bit of time on Second Life, yeah...when im home most of my time is spent online. but at least on this site its time well spent.

yes it is possible...Havnt you ever heard of people getting addicted to the internet?...it happens cos the internet is an alternative to going outside into the real world...here you dont have to look anyone in the face, instead its just typing n' more typing....even i feel that i dont have a life n' spent waay too much time on the internet answering questions like yours!

Yes, it is possible, if you stay on it all day. And if you never seem to get anything done, it can make you appear to be Computer-Internet crazy!
