working in software concern

what do you think working in a software concern?
how long you will work as a programmer.
We must try to jump into management side in the same concern.
finally we end up our life with managing everyone,why should we not think that now in our younger age itself?
we must try to be a leader first then we misght achieve anything in life.
am i right?

It is good that you are thinking positively about your life. No matter what kind of work you do you should always do your best with an eye to self-improvement and surely your work situation will progress.

Ya this is one of the case where we end up our designation in management side,this comes through our experience from very smaller posting but an other thing is directly enter into the management domain and work on that;gain experience and comeup in life ,it is the growth you would not thought about.
Just take up the case of ambani.He is not very technical person but only he knew to manage people.from there he grew and came up ;now their family is topest in money
