I bought some mango nectar and have heard of mango lassis. I was wondering how a mango lassi is made and what things I can use the mango nectar for?

1 cup plain yogurt 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup canned mango pulp 1 cup fresh mango, stoned and sliced 4 teaspoons sugar or to taste, Method: Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 minutes, then pour into individual glasses, and serve. The lassi can be kept refrigerated for up to 24 hours You can use salt and pepper also instead of sugar if you like that taste. There are lots of recipes you can try out with mango nectar. I am not so sure how the Mango Lassi will taste, but I can give you uses for the mango nectar. I hope it is quite thick without any preservatives, if yes, then you could make jam. You could also make mango milkshakes. It is really very tasty.

Thanks for the recommendations about what to do with it... I hope that it is preservative free. I though do not know right now. I will check soon. Thanks.
