I am interested in starting selling things on ebay. I like to make crafts, so I might try to sell stuff like that. I also might try searching some garage sales this summer to find some good deals that i could resell on ebay. Any other ideas? What do you sell on ebay? what works, what doesnt?

If you'd like to get a decent return on your $$ for your handmade crafts, try looking at Etsy.com before trying Ebay. Etsy is a site that caters to those that make handmade items and that's where buyers have been going, worldwide, looking for quality handmade creations! You could always sell your handmade on Ebay if Etsy doesn't pan out (Etsy's fees are small compared to Ebay-- Etsy charges 20 cents for a 4 month listing and 3.5% final value fee. You actually have a store site on Etsy [FREE] and can add up to 5 free pictures per listing!) Video games often sell well on Ebay, playstation2 and 3 Xbox and xbox360, etc. I've read quite often that gently-worn clothes are doing very well! I sent you a friend request, as I have a few free programs that can help you increase the amount of money you make on Ebay and if you have any questions about Etsy, feel free to ask! Have a great weekend!
